  Family owned & operated for 16 years, my parents, Gilbert & Delores Martinez are the backbone of the business. Dad is famous for the homemade sausage links, smoked brisket, pork steaks, pork ribs & chicken. Mom adds her special touch with fresh homemade potato salad & beans.

  This is a real BBQ Joint with sausage hanging and smoking Brisket. Real Texans cooking Absolutely Incredibly great Brisket and Sausage. Plus a great place to pick up firewood. Chopped beef is the best i've ever had. Their sauce is wonderful also. Best i've had other than my own. Guaranteed Texas secret. The other places(oak ridge and mikeskas) don't even compare. Those are horrible.
